COMING SOON: The Outreach Training Center (OTC) will be a 10-acre ministry facility dedicated to teaching, training, and equipping pastors and laypeople for evangelism and outreach. The OTC will be located on the corner of Avenue 54 and Van Buren in Coachella, California.
